Hengkeng Pavilion is located on the abrupt steep cliff in the east of Chengyao Rock. There are three characters in the middle of the pavilion, saying Hengkeng Pavilion. The pavilion is in a hexagonal shape, with the names of contributors, the brief introduction of Mr. Liu Fusheng, a famous person in Hengkeng, and two poems praising Hengkeng Pavilion. The construction of the pavilion was proposed by the late Liu Shengjun, the director of Luohanyan Development Office along with others, and it was completed in December 1999.
